How to submit a proper ticket

A clear request gets resolved faster. Before you send one:

  1. Say what's wrong, not just that it's wrong. What were you doing when it happened, and what did you expect instead? Copy any error message word for word.
  2. Name the thing. The till, kiosk, card machine, screen, invoice or signage involved, and the branch it's at.
  3. Say when. When it started, whether it's constant or comes and goes, and if it's urgent, what it's stopping you from doing.
  4. Attach evidence. A photo of the screen, the error, the damaged item, or the document. One good photo saves a dozen questions.
  5. Stay reachable. Reply to follow-up questions as they come, tell the next shift at handover if it's still open, and once it's fixed say so, so the ticket can be closed. If a store cannot trade, call (876) 676-6769 rather than waiting on the ticket.
